Service Delivery Policy

FiniteBase is an online software service. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

Delivery

A paid plan activates on your account automatically as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, normally within seconds. Your plan, its quotas and the date it is paid through are shown on the Billing page.

If your plan does not activate

If a payment succeeded but the plan has not activated within 30 minutes, email accounts@finiteskills.com with your account email and payment reference and we will activate it or refund you.

Availability

The service is reachable over the internet from anywhere, subject to applicable law. Data is hosted in India. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
